Evaluating an Offer - Does it meet your needs?
An offer for your home will come in in the form of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, a Province approved form that is used to present an offer. The offer should be thoroughly read and reviewed before any decisions are made. Once I receive an offer for our home, I will carefully review all terms of the offer with you. All accepted terms must be carried through the life of the contract. The signed accepted offer is a legally binding contract.
